The Guinea Farmhouse Etiquette
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is anytime after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Before you head out, please strip the beds and leave used linens in a pile, take out the trash and recycling, and make sure all doors and windows are locked. These small steps make a big difference in keeping the home clean and secure for the next guests—thank you!
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations made at least one week prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
No Pets, Please
As much as we love furry friends, this home is a pet-free zone. We aim to keep the space allergy-friendly and comfortable for all guests.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You're welcome to smoke outside—just be sure to properly dispose of cigarette butts and be mindful of fire safety.
